At the University of Notre Dame, I led initiatives that reimagined Total Rewards, introduced on-site wellness and childcare, and reshaped retirement and healthcare plans to better serve employees while managing costs. What I loved most about that work was the impact it had on people’s lives—helping them feel supported, valued, and connected.
Vine HR Solutions continues that mission. I partner with leaders to bring clarity, trust, and connection to HR strategy. Whether it’s designing a new benefits program, guiding change, or aligning people strategy with organizational goals, I focus on solutions that are practical, sustainable, and grounded in care.
